Challenge

The challenge

ADCO Industries is Australia’s official distributor of EasyCut™ Safety Knives, trusted across healthcare, logistics, manufacturing and retail.

The old site held all the information, but its dated layout, weak hierarchy and inconsistent calls-to-action made it hard to build trust or find the right product. The redesign had to feel credible and modern, simplify product discovery, and scale cleanly as the catalogue grows.

Reflection

What I learned

This project sharpened how I connect business goals with user needs. Clarity in structure, hierarchy and calls-to-action does more for trust than decoration good UX is really about removing friction between people and the product.
